Friends spend time in meditation before GOD, so that when you pray, you are in HIS presence. Friends meditation helps you clear your head (mind) of all the daily stuff and concerns (worries) and gets you into a place of peace with GOD.

“And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Matthew 6: 5-7

Friends meditation will get you into that room shut off from everything else, and opens your communication channel with GOD. Prayer time is not a busy loud time, but a quite time in the presence of GOD. Friends its not easy to shut yourself off from earthly concerns, but as you get into this ZONE of PEACE it will get easier and more frequent. Communicating with GOD should be as natural as you and I communicating, so do not complicate what is natural, just prepare your heart, mind and soul through meditation and get into GOD’s presence so that GOD gives ear to your WORDS.

Friends its up to us, to CALL upon GOD, as GOD will not force HIMSELF upon us. We need GOD to guide us and TRUST in HIM. GOD will give us the strength to move on, but remember our FAITH in GOD will get us through, and GOD will share HIS WISDOM and STRENGTH to move forward.
